As a passionate ecologist, and long-time organic farmer Levon is certified in Permaculture Design & Instruction, Professional Mushroom Cultivation, and techniques of Mycorestoration. Levon shares the many amazing attributes of mushrooms to reduce wood and farm waste to nutritious food, neutralize hydrocarbons and pollutants, while providing the many health-promoting benefits of edible mushrooms.
